Terms & Conditions
The boring but important stuff.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by bigZ (Daniel Haugwitz) through the bigZ platform, including the booking widget, dashboard, and related services.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password, don't share it. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Our Services
bigZ provides booking management software. We handle the tech – you handle your business. We're not responsible for disputes between you and your customers, but we'll do our best to help.
4. Payments & Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Booking fees are charged per successful transaction. Stripe handles payments – their fees apply separately. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. We may change prices with 30 days notice.
5. Your Content
You own your data. We just store and process it to provide the service. You grant us a license to use your content only as needed to operate the platform. Don't upload anything illegal or that you don't have rights to.
6. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee it. Things break sometimes. We'll fix them as fast as we can. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime.
7. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We can terminate for serious violations. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, we delete it.
8. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing Law
German law applies. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply.
